James Sousa, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., is pleased to announce the sale of 75 Lincoln Highway in Edison. This 37,416-square-foot office building was sold by Weichert Commercial Brokerage Senior Vice Presidents Mario Chiarella and Beth Krinsky.

Chiarella and Krinsky represented a buyer from New York City who wanted an office building in New Jersey located within walking distance of a train station. After conducting extensive market research and making calls to local office building owners, the pair identified the building at 75 Lincoln Highway as the perfect fit for the buyer.

The transactions include a fifteen year medical lease, two office condominiums and two office buildings, spanning three counties: Union, Middlesex and Monmouth.

In all cases the buyers plan to occupy the buildings.  One property, an 18,900 square foot building in Holmdel will be renovated and used as a corporate headquarters for a company moving from Matawan.  Another building located in Plainfield was purchased by an entity representing a religious institution and will be used for training and counseling. All properties are located in either downtown areas or in areas serviced by major roadways.

Comprehensive Training Platform Offers Guidance for Agents
