Paaras Vijan has joined the Weichert Commercial Brokerage team as a Sr. Vice President in their Morris Plains office.  Paaras specializes in exclusively representing both buyers & sellers of high-quality retail shopping centers and other types of net-leased properties throughout the country.  He delivers expert advisory and acquisition services across various asset types but is known for being niche specialist in the acquisition and disposition of gas station & convenience store properties.

Mr. Vijan has extensive experience working with national, regional, and local retail businesses, has a deep understanding of real estate value from an operator’s point of view and enjoys consulting on all the “why” issues that affect a retailer’s success at a specific location.

James Sousa, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., has announced the hiring of three commercial real estate professionals.

Eric Bogovich joins the Weichert Commercial Brokerage team as a sales associate for the northern New Jersey market area.  He has an extensive background in sales and marketing and has previous experience with Hackensack Radiology Group and McBride Real Estate.

Scott Silver also joins Weichert Commercial Brokerage as a sales associate for the central New Jersey market area.  Silver was with Kroll Commercial the past two years and prides himself on helping his clients understand and navigate the process of selling, leasing or acquiring commercial properties.

Margaret Lapadura rejoins Weichert Commercial Brokerage as Sr Vice President. She brings with her over 20 years of in-depth experience in all facets of commercial real estate.  Lapadura is also a real estate director and licensed instructor with Weichert Real Estate School.

DAVID CHIPPENDALE OF WEICHERT COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE SELLS 22,000 SQ FT INVESTMENT PROPERTY IN BRIDGEWATER NJ

James Sousa, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, is pleased to announce that Sr. Vice President David Chippendale has reported the $7 million sale of 1081 Rt. 22 in Bridgewater, NJ.   The 22,000 SF medical office/surgical center property has a long-term lease with the tenant and was purchased by 1081 Partners, LLC as an addition to their portfolio.  Chippendale, who specializes in both medical office and investment transactions, was the sole broker for this impressive transaction.

WEICHERT COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE, INC. SELLS 73,500-SQUARE-FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN FLANDERS

James Sousa, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., is pleased to announce the sale of 2 Laurel Drive in Flanders. This 73,500-square-foot industrial building was sold by Weichert Commercial Brokerage Senior Vice President David R. Williams.

Williams represented Saddleback’s Terry Frassetto and Salvatore Frassetto in the purchase of the building, which has direct access to Route 206 and is within proximity to routes 46 and 10, and I-80, I-78 and I-287. The future plan is to divide the building into eight units with sizes ranging from 4,500 square feet and larger. Each unit will have either drive-in or tailboard loading.

Joining Weichert has allowed him to extend his territory into both New York and New Jersey.  In addition to his success in real estate, Skinner produced and hosted a radio show focused on real estate.

A resident of Jackson, N.J., Skinner is an elected official as Ocean County Committeeman in his second term and is currently Chairman of the Jackson Township Rent Leveling Board and will be based at our Edison, NJ office.
