Prior to joining Weichert, Uzoka was the founder and chief executive officer of Valentine Global, LLC, where he designed and facilitated entrepreneurial seminars, workshops and courses. He also coached and supported current and future entrepreneurs in strategic planning and implementation, marketing strategies, partnership development, finding investors and funding. Uzoka received a Bachelor of Science in information technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology and received minors in management and literature.
