He has successfully orchestrated numerous transactions with a primary focus on the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial buildings throughout northern and central New Jersey. His particular strengths lie in listing properties and working to represent the property owner to secure tenants or a buyer. He also focuses on finding suitable properties for corporations to relocate their business through acquisition or leasing.
Williams’ passion for commercial real estate began after a successful career building a company in the marketing and promotional products industry. Committed to community and civic involvement, he enjoys assisting in fundraising efforts for numerous non-profit organizations. Williams majored in business administration at the University of Delaware and played on its varsity basketball team.
