PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mario Chiarella serves as Manager of Weichert Commercial's Central New Jersey office located in Edison. With over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, Chiarella oversees the office, industrial, land, retail and investment divisions of Weichert Commercial's Edison office, and is responsible for the management and operation of those divisions. He also specializes in tenant and landlord representation of office, flex, and industrial space, as well as investment sales, leasing and lease analysis. Prior to being named Manager, Chiarella served as Vice President since joining Weichert Commercial in 2005.

Mr. Chiarella began his real estate career in 2002 with Dickstein Real Estate Services as a Tenant Representation specialist. In 2003, Mr. Chiarella joined Paramount Realty Services as Director of Tenant Representation. Most recently, Chiarella was a Vice President at the Richter Organization in Eatontown, NJ before joining Weichert Commercial in 2005.
