PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Fritts serves as Manager and Senior Vice President at Weichert Commercial’s Lehigh Valley Offi ce. As manager, Fritts oversees the operation of the offi ce, industrial, land, retail and investment divisions of Weichert Commercial’s Lehigh Valley office. Mr. Fritts also specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and industrial properties , as well as development and investment analysis throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Prior to joining Weichert Commercial in 2004, Mr. Fritts worked at NAI/Hawley Realty, Inc. as Director of Commercial Real Estate Development. He has more than 30 years experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry and specializes in cost analysis, project development, fit-out services, providing insight into commercial development, and financial analysis for investment strategies.

EDUCATION
Mr. Fritts has obtained extended education from the Fields Management Institute. He studied business management at Ambassadors University in Southern California , and has extended education in project management and development services. He is a member of I.C.S.C. (International Council of Shopping Centers), a member of Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, a candidate for C.C.I.M., and a Licensed Pennsylvania Broker.
