MORRIS PLAINS, NJ – FEBRUARY 11, 2010- John G. Udell, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Glenn Fritts to manager of the Company’s Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania office. 

In his new position, Mr. Fritts will oversee the office, industrial, land, retail and investment division’s of Weichert Commercial’s Lehigh Valley, PA office, and will be responsible for the management and operation of these divisions.  Mr. Fritts will also continue in his role as a broker associate, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail and industrial properties, as well as development and investment analysis throughout the Lehigh Valley area.

Fritts has worked out of Weichert Commercial’s Lehigh Valley office as Senior Vice President since 2004.  Mr. Fritts has built long term relationships within the financial, investment, development, retail and legal services sector on a local and national level, and represents as an exclusive site selector for many national companies.  He has worked on behalf of corporate clients including: Advance Auto Parts, Budget Self-Storage, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Goodyear/Wingfood Tire, Hatboro Federal Savings and Loan, Hollywood Tans, Home Depot, Hooters, National Guard, Patriot Bank, Pennsylvania International Racetrack, Radio Shack, Ringer Run Development, ServPro, Toll Brothers & Wargo Properties. 

Prior to joining Weichert Commercial, Mr. Fritts worked at NAI/Hawley Realty, Inc. as Director of Commercial Real Estate Development.  He has more than 30 years experience in the commercial and industrial construction industry and specializes in cost analysis, project development, fit-out services, providing insight into commercial development, and financial analysis for investment strategies.
