FISHER LEASES OVER 100,000 SF OF INDUSTRIAL SPACE IN UNION COUNTY


 

UNION COUNTY, NJ, MARCH 23, 2010 – John Udell, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, is pleased to announce that David Fisher, senior vice president, has recently completed multiple deals in Union County totaling more than 100,000 square feet. 

Fisher and Vice President David Williams recently consummated the lease of 53,000 square feet of industrial space located at 930 Magnolia Avenue in Elizabeth, NJ.  Fisher and Williams represented the tenant, Tech Recyclers, a computer recycling company that was looking to relocate its operation.  Tech Recyclers signed a 3 year lease to occupy 53,000 square feet of space.  Hub Realty represented the landlord, Magnolia Avenue, LLC.

In addition, Fisher recently completed the lease transaction of 37,652 square feet of industrial space located at 1065 Edward Street in Linden, NJ.   Fisher represented the landlord, Gelb Estate, Inc, and Senior Vice President Anthony Baseil of Weichert Commercial represented the tenant, Hart Transportation.  Hart Transportation, a premier transportation & logistics company, signed a 5-year lease to occupy the 37,652 square foot, free-standing industrial building.

Fisher and Vice President George Simson recently completed the lease of 14,000 square feet of industrial space located at 570 S. Avenue East in Cranford, NJ.  Steve Beyda of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Manor Properties Group, LLC.  Fisher and Simson represented the tenant, United Storage & Shipping.  The lease is for 5 years. 

Fisher and Simson also worked on behalf of United Storage & Shipping in negotiating its 5-year lease of 7,000 square feet of additional space located at 316 Cox Street in Roselle, NJ. Fisher and Simson represented the landlord, Rmjm Enterprises, in this deal as well.

Additionally, Fisher recently completed the lease transaction of 2,500 square feet of warehouse/storage space located at 565 Rahway Avenue in Union.  Fisher represented both the tenant, Fowler Equipment, a commercial laundry equipment company, and the landlord, 565 Rahway Avenue, LLC.
