EDISON, NJ –APRIL 9, 2008–John G. Udell, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (WCB) is pleased to announce that James Murray has joined WCB’s Central Jersey office as vice president, specializing in the sale and leasing of office space in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Mercer counties. 

Mr. Murray brings with him over 6 years of experience and during his career has worked with many prominent property owners including Jingoli Properties, where he handles the leasing of nearly 80,000 square feet of office space. Mr. Murray is currently handling the marketing and leasing of approximately 30,000 square feet of available office space located at the Mountain View Office Park in Ewing, NJ, and approximately 40,000 square feet of office space located within the Princeton Pike Office Park in Lawrenceville, NJ.

Prior to joining WCB, Mr. Murray spent six years as a Director at Buschman Partners and Newmark Knight Frank.  He also was an assistant golf professional at Yardley Country Club in Yardley, PA.
