MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, APRIL 22, 2010 - John G. Udell, president, of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. is pleased to announce that Robert Borny has joined Weichert Commercial as Vice President of Financial Services.  

In his role as VP of Financial Services, Mr. Borny will specialize in the financial evaluation of the viability, profitability and stability of commercial properties. Borny will also work as a commercial sales associate, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties throughout Morris and Essex counties.  

Prior to joining Weichert Commercial, Mr. Borny spent four years at NAI James E. Hanson as a sales associate specializing in the sale and leasing of office and investment properties.  In this position Borny was also responsible for business development, client management/representation, contract/lease review and analysis, marketing, financial analysis and property valuation.  He has worked on behalf of major clients including Hampshire Companies, R.N. Foster Associates, LLC and Order Execution Services.
