Joining the WCB team are, Mark S. Calabro, Jack Fera, Charles C. Mandell, Jr., John W. Myers, Richard R. Piken, George Pulice and Raymond J. Rice. All seven were previously affiliated with Weichert’s New Homes & Land Division. These experienced professionals bring over an extensive background in land brokerage and knowledge to further enhance WCB’s platform of services.

Mr. Mark S. Calabro, vice president, has over 20 years in land brokerage and development. He works with national, regional and local developers in their search for residential development opportunities and also represents private and public landowners as their exclusive agent.
Mr. Jack Fera, vice president, has 30 years of real estate experience. Mr. Fera has been with Weichert for 15 years and works closely with builder, developers and investors.
Mr. Charles C. Mandell, Jr. has 31 years of real estate experience and has been with Weichert for 13 years.
Mr. Richard R. Piken has over 50 years of real estate experience. A veteran in the industry, Piken has made deals in land, retail, industrial and investment brokerage.
