Working on behalf of the buyer, Mittleman was responsible for the sale of the 2-story, 75,000 square foot, Class-A office building located at 111 Howard Boulevard . The building is currently ninety (90%) percent occupied by multi-tenants. Michael Harrington and Matthew Schnürr of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, 111 Howard Associates.
