BETHLEHEM, PA, MAY 25, 2010 -- Glenn Fritts, Senior VP and Manager of Weichert Commercial Brokerage’s Lehigh Valley office, is pleased to announce that Michael Shelton has joined Weichert Commercial Brokerage as Vice President at the Company’s Lehigh Valley, PA office. Mr. Shelton brings with him over 12 years of commercial real estate experience in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono regions of Northeast Pennsylvania. He specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, industrial, land and office properties and tenant representation.
Prior to joining Weichert Commercial, Mr. Shelton served as a Sales and Leasing Associate at NAI Summit Realty and Director of Sales and Leasing at Colliers L&A (formerly the Markward Group). He has worked with notable clients including, Allentown Economic Development Corporation, Northeast Pennsylvania Lions Eye Bank, Wachovia Bank, The Melting Pot Restaurant, Guna International and Royal Crown Dental Labs.

In addition to commercial real estate, Mr. Shelton is an active member in his community. He teaches English as a Second Language for the Literacy Center of the Lehigh Valley and is an advocate with the Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley. He is a member in good standing of the Porter Lodge No. 284 of the Free and Accepted Masons, and the Jordan Royal Arch Chapter No. 203 of the Royal Arch Masons of Pennsylvania.
