MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, JUNE 9, 2009 – John G. Udell, president, is pleased to announce that Senior Vice President, Peter Ricker has recently completed the lease transaction of approximately 29,000 square feet of office/flex space located at 246 West Industrial Way in Eatontown, NJ.
Ricker represented the tenant, Empire Technologies, LLC, a New Jersey-based provider of communications networks for businesses, who was looking to relocate and expand its operations. The landlord, Industrial Way Complex, LLC, represented himself. The lease is for 5 years with a 5 year renewal option.
