(WCB) is pleased to announce that Aaron Mittleman, vice president, continues to have a successful year at WCB, highlighted by the closing of several multi-million dollar transactions.  Mr. Mittleman specializes in the sale and lease of investment properties, including shopping centers, apartment houses, office buildings, retail properties and industrial properties.

Recent transactions completed by Aaron Mittleman on behalf of the buyer have included: a $15 million leaseback office building in Millburn, a $26 million shopping center, a $8 million mixed use (office & industrial) building in Englishtown, a $6.2 million medical/office building in Glen Ridge and most recently, a $7 million office building in Mount Arlington.

In 2006, Mr. Mittleman was awarded WCB’s “Broker of the Year” Award, which is given to the Company’s top producer based on dollar volume in sales and leases.  He has also been the recognized as the Company’s top monthly producer twice within the past four months. 

Mr. Mittleman joined WCB in 2002 as a sales associate. Since joining the company, Mr. Mittleman has been promoted twice: to Assistant Vice President and Vice President.  Prior to joining WCB, Mr. Mittleman worked as a sales associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
