STEPHEN SANDER CLOSES MULTIPLE DEALS IN NORTHERN NJ

 


MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, SEPTEMBER 14, 2007 – John G. Udell, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (WCB) is pleased to announce that Stephen Sander, sales associate, continues his successful year at WCB, highlighted by the closing of several transactions in Northern New Jersey.

Sander, working with Sales Associate, Peter Scrivo, recently represented Fabris Holdings, a subsidiary of Dunkin’ Brands Inc, in the purchase of a 25,002 square foot industrial condominium located at 1 Entin Road in Clifton, NJ from Tulfra Realty, LLC.  Lloyd Tulp and Salvatore Frassetto handled the deal in-house for Tulfra Realty.  The property was acquired for $2.75 million.

Additional recent transactions completed by Sander include: a 21,000 sf industrial lease in Wharton, NJ; 20,000 sf of industrial space sold at 8 Galesi Drive in Wayne, NJ and 4 acres of land sold in Vernon, NJ.

Sander also completed a 16,750 sf industrial lease on behalf of Habitat for Humanity with Assistant Vice President, Rachel Addonizio in Mine Hill, NJ; sold 11,500 sf of industrial space at 241 E. Blackwell Street in Dover, NJ with Senior Vice President, Michele Andre', and sold 8,000 sf of office space at 4 Princeton Avenue in Dover , NJ with Senior Vice President, Jim Sousa. He has worked on behalf of clients such as Sovereign Bank, State Farm Insurance, AFRT and American Express Financial Advisors.
