MORRIS PLAINS, NJ –SEPTEMBER 19, 2007–John G. Udell, president, of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (WCB) is pleased to announce the appointment of five seasoned real estate professionals to WCB’s Corporate Headquarters and Central New Jersey office. 

Joining the WCB team are Vice Presidents, Manny Judah, Marge Lapadura, David Williams and Ron Zukerberg, and Assistant Vice President, Matthew Tal.  Mr. Judah will work out of WCB’s Central New Jersey office in Edison, while Lapadura, Williams, Zukerberg and Tal will work out of WCB’s Corporate Headquarters in Morris Plains.  All five professionals bring over valued industry experience to further enhance WCB’s platform of services.

Manny Judah, vice president, specializes in industrial sales and leasing in the Central New Jersey market. Prior to joining WCB, Judah served as a sales associate at the Archie Schwartz Company in Livingston, NJ. Mr. Judah has also served as President of National Beatty Page Inc., and Vice President at Roberts Cushman, Inc.

Marge Lapadura, vice president, returns to WCB after departing in 2006.  Prior to returning to WCB, Ms. Lapadura served as a Right of Way Specialist for the NJ Department of Transportation- Eminent Domain Division (Northern Region), and as Managing Director at Robert DeRuggiero Inc. Realtors in Hudson County. Lapadura has more than 22 years of commercial brokerage experience and specializes in office and industrial leasing and sales throughout Essex and Morris counties.  Ms. Lapadura also serves as NJ Licensed Director of Real Estate Studies at Passaic County Tech Institute in Wayne, NJ, and NJ Licensed Real Estate Instructor and Adjunct Professor for NJRE.  Lapadura has taught pre-licensing salesperson and broker courses for Farleigh Dickenson University, Mercer County College, St. Peter’s College, NJ City University and Weichert Real Estate School.
David Williams, vice president, specializes in industrial sales and leasing in Northern New Jersey. Mr. Williams has over five years of commercial real estate experience.  Prior to his career in real estate, Williams worked in the printing business. He also enjoys bike riding and participates in various charity bike races. 

Ron Zukerberg, vice president, specializes in industrial sales and leasing within the Newark submarket and its surrounding areas.  Prior to joining WCB, Zukerberg served as Vice President at the Archie Schwartz Company in Livingston, NJ.  Mr. Zukerberg also possesses an extensive background in sales and marketing, having worked as a distribution analyst for a large multi-national PVC pipe manufacturer. 

Matthew Tal, assistant vice president, specializes in office and industrial leasing and sales throughout Morris and Hudson county. Prior to joining WCB, Mr. Tal worked at Robert DeRuggiero Inc. Realtors in Hudson County and Grubb & Ellis.
