Keats represented the tenant, Cenergié, a new upscale spa and fitness center that offers a variety of preventative healthcare services, spa and wellness treatments and personal fitness training.  Some of the services offered by Cenergie΄ include: fitness and nutritional assessments, stress tests, massage therapy, skin evaluations, cosmetic dentistry, facial enhancements, body treatments, private personal training, weight management and more. Cenergie΄ will open its business in late September and has signed a 10 year lease.

The 100 Market Place center is located at 25 Mountain View Boulevard in Basking Ridge, NJ.  Cenergie΄ will occupy 11,972 square feet of the newly constructed 58,242 square foot retail strip center.  The property is owned by Bocina Homes, Inc.
