BEDMINSTER, NJ, NOVEMBER 30, 2009 – John G. Udell, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., is pleased to announce its representation of Peapack Gladstone Bank in its transition to a new 40,793 square foot corporate headquarters at 500 Hills Drive in Bedminster, NJ.  Senior Vice President Jim Sousa and Vice Presidents George Simson and Rick Barfuss represented the tenant. 

500 Hills Drive is a 3-story, 97,753 square foot, Class A office building located in the heart of Bedminster’s business district.  Peapack Gladstone Bank has signed a 15-year lease to occupy 40,793 square feet of this space with options for expansion.  Peapack is expected to begin occupancy in the spring of 2010. 

Robert Martie of Kwartler Associates represented the owner as property manager.  Also assisting were the exclusive listing agents, Jodie Matthews and Dennis McConnell of Jones Lang LaSalle.  MIREF Bedminster LLC, McMorgan & Company, an affiliate of New York Life Investment Management is the owner.
