NAZARETH, PA, DECEMBER 19, 2007 – John G. Udell, president, is pleased to announce that Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (WCB) has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the former Nazareth Speedway, located at the intersection of Routes 191 & 248 in Nazareth, PA.  Senior Vice Presidents Cass Camarda and Glenn Fritts, and Sales Associate William Winterburn will be responsible for the marketing and sale of the 157.35 acre property.

The Nazareth Speedway is one of the last major parcels of available commercial land in Lower Nazareth Township in Northampton County, PA.  The former speedway is comprised of six parcels totaling 157.35 acres, and includes a one mile paved racetrack and a number of service and maintenance buildings on site.  The track is bordered by approximately 50 acres of rolling, relatively flat acreage.  

Located at the intersection of Routes 191 & 248, the former speedway is just minutes from the northern section of the Route 22 Corridor via Route 33.
