James Sousa, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., is pleased to announce that Robert Skinner has joined Weichert Commercial Brokerage as Vice President. Skinner has more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in customer-oriented industries.

Before joining Weichert, Skinner has managed the investment sales division of a boutique real estate brokerage in New York City, specializing in sales and leases of hotels, offices and retail. Joining Weichert has allowed him to extend his territory into both New York and New Jersey. In addition to his success in real estate, Skinner produced and hosted a radio show focused on real estate.
A resident of Jackson, N.J., Skinner is an elected official as Ocean County Committeeman in his second term and is currently Chairman of the Jackson Township Rent Leveling Board and will be based at our Edison, NJ office.
