Weichert Commercial offers a comprehensive training program that provides agents with the guidance and instruction needed to build a successful foundation for future success.
Our training program is mandatory for all newly licensed agents and covers all aspects of starting a career in commercial real estate. We understand that training, mentoring and support are vital to any agent’s ability to forge a successful career in the commercial real estate industry.
The training program is directed by Jim Sousa, who has over 28 years of industry experience and includes access to over 30 hours of video instruction and approximately 15 hours of live classroom sessions. Agents will also be taught to use the commercial multiple listing system, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, financial analysis software and many other resources.
The program is also of great benefit to agents who are already working in the industry but have not yet reached their full potential as a salesperson. The CREST program provides coaching and mentoring instruction for agents who want to attract higher profile customers and listings in order to earn more commission dollars.
