MORRIS PLAINS, NJ SEPTEMBER 05, 2014 – John G. Udell, President of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of ten real estate professionals to Weichert Commercial’s Corporate Headquarters as well as offices in Central Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Joining the Weichert Commercial team as Vice Presidents are Raymond Marzorati and Steven Tenenbaum, Pablo “Paul” Albilal-Elhassan as Vice President Investments, and Sales Associates Jennifer Corrao, Claudia Kriener, Marc Vogel, Paul Jarrett, Joseph Sedler, Lainie S. Walter and Ross M. David. All ten professionals bring valued industry and professional experience that will further enhance Weichert Commercial’s platform of services.
Mr. Marzorati joins Weichert Commercial as Vice President and brings over 20 years experience in construction management, consulting, real estate investing and sales. Prior to joining Weichert Mr. Marzorati worked as a realtor for Keller Williams Suburban Realty utilizing state of the art financial analytic software in order to provide investors, developers, builders, landlords and tenants with insight into the validity of the property as well as making design and financial adjustments to proposed transactions.
Mr. Tenenbaum rejoins Weichert Commercial as Vice President, bringing with him over 25 years experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Mr. Tenenbaum’s expertise includes all aspects of leasing, purchasing and selling investment, multi-family, office and retail properties. Previously Mr. Tenenbaum served as Assistant Vice President with Gebroe-Hammer Associates for 17 years.
Mr. Albilal brings over nine years experience in communications writing articles, publications and creating video content for places such as Buzzfeed Inc., Daily Targum, Benedict News and YouTube, where Mr. Albilal established a channel reaching over 3.8 million viewers in a 12-month period. In addition Mr. Albilal is a studio owner and manager in New York where he has consulted with local business owners and startups to create or revamp their marketing strategies and branding.
Ms. Corrao brings with her over 13 years experience in real state. Prior to joining Weichert Commercial, Ms. Corrao worked as a Sales Representative with Weichert Realtors specializing in residential sales in the Morris and Essex County Area.
She also worked in the medical industry as a property manager where she was in charge of the buying and leasing of new medical space and placing newly developed medical groups within these spaces.
Ms. Kriener comes to Weichert Commercial from the Weichert Realtors Allentown Office where she specialized in residential sales in the Pennsylvania Area. Prior to joining Weichert Ms. Kriener worked as a Manager for Meyer Jabara Hotels.
Mr. Vogel comes to Weichert Commercial from the Weichert Realtors Summit Office where he specialized in residential sales as a Realtor Associate in northern and central New Jersey. Prior to joining Weichert Mr. Vogel worked in Fine Art Sales and Acquisitions both nationally and internationally for over eight years.
Mr. Jarrett joins Weichert Commercial with over thirty years experience in Finance / Administrative Management and Purchasing Management. Prior to joining Weichert Mr. Jarrrett worked at Jaflo, Inc. as a Controller in Allentown, PA and was the Owner and Operator of an automobile repair shop.
Mr. Sedler rejoins Weichert Commercial, specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. Mr. Sedler previously was the Owner and President of Sedler Design & Redevelopment Company, LLC. Mr. Sedler has also worked as a project architect for USA Architects and LB & W Design Associates.
Ms. Walter joins Weichert Commercial with over 27 years experience in Advertising, previously holding the title of Account Executive/Copywriter with National Community Bank of NJ. Prior to joining Weichert Commercial Ms. Walter was the Owner of a private personal training facility.
Mr. David comes to Weichert Commercial as a recent graduate from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Prior to joining Weichert Commercial Mr. David held internships with companies such as Alvarez & Marsal, UBS Financial Services, Inc. and the Museum of American Finance.
