Mr. Tenenbaum has negotiated deals ranging from 100 + unit properties to 5-unit buildings, worth an aggregate value exceeding $150,000,000. Steven Tenenbaum’s primary responsibilities include: real estate investment leadership through landlord/owner and client development.

Prior to joining Weichert Commercial, Steven Tenenbaum was a Vice President for GH (Gebroe-Hammer), specializing in investment real estate, apartment buildings, and all other investment properties. He specializes in investment properties, with an emphasis on multi-family properties, landlord/owner representation and client development.
