The training program is mandatory for all newly licensed agents and lasts for at least a year in most cases. We understand that training, mentoring and support are vital to an agent’s ability to forge a successful career in the commercial real estate industry.
The training program is directed by our Business Development Manager Tom Semler, who has over 40 years of industry experience. Activities range from 1-on-1 instructional classes in the office, to sessions “in the field” learning to evaluate properties and prospect for business leads.
The program is also of great benefit to agents who are already working in the industry but have not yet reached their full potential as a salesperson. The CREST program provides coaching and instruction for agents who want to attract higher profile customers and listings in order to earn more commission dollars.
Agents will be given access to the commercial multiple listing system, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, financial analysis software and many other resources.
