Ezra Hay- Hay has over 30 years of experience in public and corporate accounting along with commercial real estate service lines and investment activities.

Ezra started his career with Arthur Anderson in public accounting and auditing.  He later took a position with Cushman and Wakefield Inc. as Financial Manager handling the finance activities of the Prudential Real Estate Portfolio.  He later joined CB Richard Ellis to oversee the accounting and compliance of the firm’s New York Metro operations.

Building on his prior experiences, Ezra joined The City Investment Fund as a Portfolio Controller.  The City Investment Fund, was a $770M, private equity fund designed to pursue opportunistic real estate investment activities exclusively within the five boroughs of the City of New York.  The Fund was co-sponsored by Fisher Brothers and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund IV, LP, an affiliate of Morgan Stanley & Co.  The City Investment Fund acquired Office, Hotel, Residential Multifamily Units, Residential – New Construction and also issued Mezzanine Loans.

Mr. Hay rejoined Cushman & Wakefield as a Finance Director working in the NY Tri-State Region overseeing the finance and reporting activities for the region.  This included the financial performance for the Property Management, Project Management and Transaction Management Service Lines.

Mr. Hay has recently joined Weichert Commercial real estate to utilize his prior real estate commercial experiences.

Mr. Hay received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.  He received a Master’s Degree from New York University, New York, NY.

Mr. Hay is a former Adjunct Professor for the New York University Graduate Program.
