John G. Udell has been an integral part of Weichert Commercial since 1995 and his impact has made him a cornerstone in the company’s foundation. Mr. Udell is aligned with  Weichert Commercial as a Senior Vice President, but his primary responsibility is serving as President of  Weichert Development Company.

He was the dedicated President of Weichert Commercial for more than 15 years and during that time the company experienced tremendous growth. Under his leadership, Weichert Commercial significantly expanded its local client base, broadened its corporate service platform and brokered high profile transactions for regional, national and international corporations with considerable success.

John Udell grew up in a family that was actively involved in real estate brokerage, construction, and development, which is why he has been actively licensed since graduating from college. He continues to be engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate and is an invaluable resource to Weichert Commercial’s agents and clients.
